For A Golden Birthday

My friend Kayley recently celebrated her 27th birthday, which also happened to be her golden birthday. I went through some photos that she, myself, and a pack of our friends took on a road trip this past summer, and paired them with some quotes and essays I knew she’d love. It turned into a weird little book of goodness.

I hate buying pointless crap for people when it comes to holidays or birthdays, because it usually gets tossed to the side and forgotten about six months later. But I've never had a problem creating, customizing, and crafting something with personality behind it. Either that, or I'm still trying to kick the bah-hum-baugh Grinch mentality I have during the Christmas season. I'll settle on the latter, for now.
